Although our bodies get the essential nutrients it need from the food we eat, sometimes we fall short on our supply and need a substitute. As busy people we don't always have the time to fix those green leafy vegetables, or time to get our full serving of fruits that are so good for your overall health. To substitute for that, we need to find that one vitamin that does it for us without harming our bodies. The problem is, with the wide variety of vitamins on the market, it can be a hassle choosing one. When we finally find that one brand of vitamin that works for us , we want to stick with it. My lucky find is the Daily Multi chew. I am not good at swallowing pills so the chews work great for me. Taste great too!! .
